30-day returns

Unworn, unused pieces in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to start a return

• Contact us at our Contact page with your order number.
• We'll send you return instructions and a shipping label where available.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Want a different length, metal, or piece entirely? Let us know when you reach out — we're happy to arrange an exchange alongside your return.

What can't be returned

Gift cards, and any made-to-order or personalized pieces (once introduced), are final sale. This will always be clearly marked on the product page before you buy.
