Materials & honesty

What metals do you use?
Solid 14k recycled gold, 925 sterling silver, and gold vermeil (a thicker layer of gold over sterling). We state exactly which one on every product page — never a vague "gold-tone."

Are your stones natural or lab-grown?
Both, depending on the piece — and we always say which. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically identical to natural ones, and we're proud to offer both honestly priced.

Will it tarnish?
Solid gold and sterling silver are made for daily wear and, with basic care, keep their colour for years. Vermeil is thicker than standard plating but will wear over time with heavy use.

Sizing & fit

How do I choose a necklace length?
Most people choose 18", which sits just below the collarbone. See each product page for the full length guide.

Do you offer ring resizing?
Not yet — check the sizing notes on each ring's product page before ordering.

Shipping & returns

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Care & packaging

How should I care for my jewelry?
Store pieces separately, avoid direct contact with perfume and chlorine, and polish gently with a soft cloth. A care card ships with every order.

How is my order packaged?
In plastic-free packaging with a care card. Add a gift message at checkout at no charge — the slip never shows a price.
